Patrick Highsmith, M.Sc Geo

Chairman

Patrick Highsmith is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lithium One Inc. (TSX-V: LI). He is a geochemist/geologist with 20 years of multi-commodity minerals industry experience, and holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Geological Engineering and Economic Geology/Geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines. Mr. Highsmith brings experience from more than 200 mines and projects in over 20 countries, and he has been directly involved with numerous deals, project start-ups, and financings. Mr. Highsmith has held positions in mining, exploration and business development with Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and Newmont Mining. He also served as Chief Geochemist and US Manager for ALS Chemex Labs. Most recently he was Global Manager – Exploration Business Development with Newmont before leaving in 2008 to found Intuitive Exploration, Inc. and the BitterRoot Group LLC.

Alan R. Edwards, B.Sc Mn Eng, MBA

President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Mr. Edwards is a mining professional with 27 years of diverse mining industry experience. Mr. Edwards has a B.Sc., Mining Engineering and an MBA (Finance), both from the University of Arizona. He initially worked for Phelps Dodge Corporation for 15 years where he held positions of increasing responsibility, including General Manager of Operations, Chino Mines Company. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Edwards held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Frontera Copper Corporation. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Edwards held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Apex Silver Mines Corporation where he was responsible for the engineering, construction and commissioning of the San Cristobal project in Bolivia. From 1996 - 2000, Mr. Edwards worked for Cyprus Amax Minerals Company where he rose to the position of President/General Manager of Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde S.A. in Peru. Prior to joining Apex Silver Mines, he held senior operating positions with P.T. Freeport Indonesia and Kinross Gold Corporation.

Daniel P. Laux, B.Sc

Vice President Exploration & Director

Daniel Laux has over 25 years experience as an exploration and mine geologist. He received a BSc in geology from Arizona State University in 1983. Mr. Laux has worked at the Cyprus Bagdad and Cyprus Miami mines in Arizona and the Carlin Gold mine in Nevada. Since 1984 he has had a long standing association with MagmaChem Exploration where he developed a passion for prospecting, and obtaining, manipulating and analyzing geological data. He has been involved in comprehensive metallogenic and petrochemical data compilations from Chile to Alaska. This experience has given him unique metallogenic and tectonic insight, and a strong focus for identifying world-class mineral deposits. Mr. Laux provides strong computer, GIS and management skills for Copper One. He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists, the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada, the Geological Society of Nevada, and the Arizona Geological Society.

Herrick Lau, MA, CFA

Chief Financial Officer & Director

Herrick Lau is currently Vice President, Corporate Finance of Baron Group Canada. Mr. Lau is an experienced investment banking professional who has conducted transactions in initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and various advisory services. Through his over 14 years of experience in investment research and corporate finance, Mr. Lau is knowledgeable in performing due diligence, valuation, financing structuring, fairness opinion and research. Aside from his practice in corporate finance, Mr. Lau also has experience as a finance executive in publicly traded and private companies. His industry practice involves developing financing strategy, liaising with external parties, devising business development plans and maintaining compliance with corporate governance. Mr. Lau is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has a Masters degree in Finance and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Lawrence A. Dick, Ph.D.

Geologist & Director

Lawrence Dick received a B.Sc. in geological sciences from U.B.C. in 1973 and a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in economic geology from Queen's University in 1979. During the following 30 years, Dr. Dick has been involved in the search for base and precious metals deposits world-wide. He spent over 20 years exploring for copper and gold throughout South America and was credited with major finds at Collahuasi (Chile); Can Can (Chile); Golden Bear (B.C.); major silver finds in Bolivia; the San Jose silver deposit in Mexico; amongst others.

After a 17 year stint with Chevron Minerals Ltd., where he was Director of Exploration in Latin America, Dr. Dick consulted for SRK and his own consultancy before co-founding General Minerals Corporation (now Sprott Resource Corporation) and then co-founding and acting as President and Chief Executive Officer of Evolving Gold Corporation. He left Evolving Gold recently to take on the challenging position of Chief Geologist and Manager of the Resource Group for Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd., a Hong Kong based merchant bank dedicated to the identification, acquisition, exploration, and marketing of mining projects worldwide. Dr. Dick serves on a number of Boards, including Timmins Gold Corp. and Scarlet Resources Ltd.. He is currently President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Pinnacle Mines Ltd. and President of Confederation Minerals Ltd.

Paul Cowley, B.Sc, P.Geo

Geologist & Director

Paul Cowley is a professional geoscientist with 30 years experience as a mineral explorationist, project manager, and consulting geologist, including 18 years with BHP in Canada, Chile, and Bolivia. He led a team of geologists at BHP responsible for the discovery of 4 gold deposits in the Canadian Arctic that now have resources totaling over 5 million ounces of gold, notably the Hope Bay gold deposits. Other notable deposits he has participated on are Escondida, (Chile), Ekati Diamonds (Canada) and Meadowbank (Canada). He was also a key member of the Gold City management team that acquired the Bissett assets and carried out the San Gold merger. Mr. Cowley has been on numerous boards including Orvana Minerals and Evolving Gold.

Paul F. Matysek, M. Sc. Geo

Advisor

Mr. Matysek is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Potash One Inc., where he is leading the company to feasibility stage on its Legacy Project in Saskatchewan. He was a founder and CEO of Energy Metals Corporation, which he helped grow from a market capitalization of $10 million to acquisition by a larger uranium producer for $1.8 billion. Since 1999, he has been involved in obtaining over $200 million of exploration and development financing.

Mr. Matysek is a geologist/geochemist and has served in an Executive or Director capacity for several exploration and development companies including: First Quantum Minerals Ltd., First Majestic Resource Corp., Energy Metals Corp., and Lithium One Inc. He has a wealth of technical and financial experience as well as over 35 years of exploration and development experience.
